Freshly Baked Chocolate Chip C🍪🍪kie Recipe

National C🍪🍪kie day and we’ve got just the Dope recipe for you and your crew. Roll up the sleeves, turn on your favourite 90’s hip hop tunes and lets get bakin’!

No matter how you, ”Put ya thing down, flip it and reverse it” it’s your National Cookie day and this is a judgement-free zone. We could’ve done elevated Oatmeal cookies for those who like RAISIN the bar. *wink wink* but we went with the classic Chocolate Chip cookies that is guaranteed to add a little extra chip in your step. This dope recipe will leave you feeling batter than when you started. Fresh out of the oven and straight into the belly is my Motto or the simple cookie a day keeps the doctor away works too.

In the cookie of life, friends are the chips and these are ones that will leave you with that Oprah feeling of, “You get a cookie, and you get a cookie, YOU’RE ALL GETTING COOKIES!”

No matter how the cookie crumbles, when life gives you lemons, toss them aside and eat cookies. Follow the crumb trail below to the dope recipe.


  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 4oz milk or semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • 4oz dark chocolate chunk
  • 3 packs of THC chocolate – We used Bhang Caramel Mocha Chocolate


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, salt and butter until a paste forms with no lumps.
  2. Whisk in the egg and vanilla, beating until light ribbons fall off the whisk and remain for a short while before falling back into the mixture.
  3. Sift in the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula (be careful to not overmix, which would cause the gluten in the flour to toughen resulting in cakier cookies).
  4. Fold in the chocolate chunks, then chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat over to 350°F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop the dough with an ice-cream scoop.
  7. Crush 2.5mg of THC Chocolate and roll into the cookie dough ball.
  8. Roll the cookie dough ball with THC chocolate and place cookie dough ball onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, leaving at least 4 inches of space between cookies and 2 inches of space from the edges of the pan so that the cookies can spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges have started to barely brown.
  10. Cool completely before serving.
  11. Enjoy!
