How do I order cannabis?

Do all locations deliver?
No! Only our south location offers delivery.
How much does it cost for curbside pickup or delivery?
Curbside pickup is free! Delivery is FREE on orders over $40!
Will I need my ID at delivery?
Yes! Please ensure you have your ID ready to go for delivery. Your ID MUST match the name on the order. A photo of your ID will be taken to upload to the delivery. This information is confidential and is not accessible by anyone on staff.
How do I know I am choosing the right location for my pickup order?
If you are unsure of which store you are shopping at you can confirm by viewing the shopping cart in the top right corner:

When will I receive my delivery?
You will receive your delivery within the selected window you chose. If for some reason your delivery will be late you will be contacted by a BudTender or the Delivery Driver.
Can I make changes to an order I already made?
Unfortunately, you cannot! However, you can contact the store to cancel your order and place a new order!
Can I place an order and have a friend pick up the order for me?
The name on the order must match the Identification being used to pick up the order.
What payment types are accepted online?
We accept credit card online. This includes MasterCard and Visa.
How often are products updated on the website?
Products are updated weekly! (Usually on Fridays)
Do you offer mail order (ship outside of Regina)
At this time mail order is not available.
What is the return policy?
Regular priced products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if the product is unopened. The receipt must be present at the time of refund. All discounted items are final sale.
What if I have opened my product but the item is defective?
If product is defective (ex: mouldy), has been subject to a recall, if stale-dated, or is unsellable for any reason, we will offer a refund or exchange.

How old do I have to be to shop at The Bakery?
You must be at least 19 years of age.
Who has to show their ID?
Everyone! No matter how young or old.
What qualifies for valid proof of ID? Do I need to have a photo ID?
Any government issued photo ID. This includes: Driver’s License, Passport, or Firearms License.
What are stat holiday hours?
All stat holiday we are open for our regular store hours except for Christmas Day (Dec 25 th) we are closed at all locations!
What payment types are supported?
We accept cash, debit or credit card in-store.
What is your store doing to keep the public safe?
We have hand sanitizer available upon entering the store, sneeze guards up at each till, everyone (staff & customers) are required to wear masks, we have enhanced our cleaning protocol.
How often does The Bakery sanitize the store?
Multiple times throughout the day and between transactions if possible.
What happens if the information about the product is different on the website from what I actually received?
If the information is different and you are not happy with the product, we will accept a refund. Please see our refund policy for full details.
What happens if my vape cartridge stops working?
Make sure your battery is fully charged! If it is fully charged, use a toothpick and gently clean out the mouth of the vape cartridge. Sometimes it can get clogged! Ensure you are storing your vape cartridge standing up to prevent clogging. If it is still not working, bring it down to The Bakery so we can try to troubleshoot or replace it if it is defective.
